We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom furniture or final sale items are non-returnable.

At Home by EKO, we prioritize eco-friendly materials. Many of our collections feature FSC-certified wood, organic textiles, and recycled glass to ensure a minimal environmental footprint.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged during transit, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
